Calming The Busyness

Sunrise Meditation
A good practice, as we’re heading into America’s independence weekend, is to become independent of busyness.

Being busy is a good thing when we are busy pursuing our dreams but often we get busy with menial tasks. If we let our lives get filled up with the unimportant, with the many phone calls and emails, we don’t have room for what is truly important to us.

Today, would be a great day, as we’re heading into independence weekend, to become independent of busyness and take a pause.

Let’s take a deep breath…

Ask yourself, ‘In my life, deep down inside of me, what really matters? What are the two or three priorities, that if nothing else gets accomplished, I want to be sure get in the core of my life?’

From this self questioning, issues a whole new kind of life.

To Your Inner Freedom,
Mary

Thank you for today’s questions. I’ve paused, and in considering the questions, have gained clarity about my vision.
